Our Services
Free Screening
This is a meet and greet with the family, child and occupational therapist. Here the family addresses areas of concern, asks questions and from there, the OT determines if an evaluation is needed to proceed.
Evaluation
An evaluation takes place when the family agrees to proceed with services for their child. This is a holistic approach to addressing the child and family's needs with such areas as the following: sensory, visual motor skills, fine motor skills, play, coordination, self-care activities and others. The amount of sessions will vary depending on the evaluation, child and family's needs and concerns.

OT Intervention Sessions
A 30-minute or 60-minute session with the child and family to address areas of concern from the initial session through techniques based on the evaluation.
30-Minute: $93.00 USD
60-Minute: $155.00 USD
School Work Consultation
This service is specifically for a child who receives OT services at school with an IEP. At times, what is addressed in school may not be addressed and carried over at home. This is also for a family who may want additional services on top of what the child receives at school.

Wellness Consultation
This is a 30-minute to one-hour session to address wellness needs within the family. The family will receive an assessment/questionnaire followed by a personalized wellness plan with recommendations from the consultant. Areas such as home care, nutrition, skincare and personal care can be addressed to suit the family's needs.

Baby Registry/Toy/ Game Consultation
The child's chronological age versus the developmental age is different. When it comes to your child, you want the most developmentally appropriate toys and games that will be the most suitable for them to progress and learn at their highest potential. This consultation will assist to address those needs from an OT's perspective along with taking into consideration the family's needs.

Babyproofing/Childproofing Consultation
Are you expecting a new addition to your family? Is your child exploring more, and you want to ensure they are safe? This consultation will address the needs of the family in their home and daily routines to make sure the home and their environment is as safe as possible for their child to live and grow.

Dr. Patrice Maynard, OTD, MOT, BSHS, OTR/L
Dr. Patrice is the founder and owner of Maynard Milestones, LLC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences degree, Master's in Occupational Therapy degree, and Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree with a concentration in entrepreneurship at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. She is a board-certified oc
Dr. Patrice is the founder and owner of Maynard Milestones, LLC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences degree, Master's in Occupational Therapy degree, and Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate degree with a concentration in entrepreneurship at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. She is a board-certified occupational therapist and licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York. She has a background in skilled nursing, geriatrics, sub-acute, and long-term care settings. Aside from those areas, she is currently practicing as a pediatric occupational therapist for over five years in early intervention. Her mission is to ensure she is treating the child and making the family aware of taking care of themselves and incorporating wellness in all areas.
Dr. Patrice enjoys spending time with her family and close-knit circle of friends, especially her eight-year-old niece, who initially inspired her to work in early intervention. Dr. Patrice enjoys taking her African fusion dance classes, traveling (solo when able), and dining out at restaurants.
