Dr. Patrice Maynard, OTD, MOT, BSHS, OTR/L, is the founder and owner of Maynard Milestones, LLC.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences degree, Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, and Post-Professional Occupational Therapy Doctorate with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Quinnipiac University.  She is a board-certified occupational therapist licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York.  She has a background in skilled nursing, geriatrics, sub-acute, and long-term care settings.  Aside from those areas, she is currently practicing as a pediatric occupational therapist for over seven years in the early intervention setting as an independent contractor.  Her mission is to ensure she is treating the child and making the family aware of taking care of themselves and incorporating wellness in all areas. 

Dr. Patrice enjoys spending time with her family and close-knit circle of friends, especially her ten-year-old niece, who initially inspired her to work in early intervention.  Dr. Patrice enjoys taking her Barre and dance classes, traveling (solo when possible), and dining out at restaurants.

We are also a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), the national association for occupational therapy practitioners.
